• Your Contributions do not promote violence, harassment, or abuse.
• Your Contributions comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

When you post Contributions to our Services, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, reproduce, sell, publish, broadcast, store, publicly perform, display, translate, transmit, excerpt, and distribute your Contributions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise. We provide space for advertisers to display their advertisements but have no further relationship with them.

We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action against violators, restrict access to or disable Contributions, remove excessive or burdensome content, and manage the Services to protect our rights.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Legal Terms. If you access our Services from regions with different data laws, you consent to the transfer of your data to India.

11. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

If you believe that material on our Services infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately. You may be liable for damages if you misrepresent infringement.

14. GOVERNING LAW

The laws of India govern these Legal Terms. You and Charche India consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India to resolve any dispute arising from these Legal Terms.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations: Before initiating arbitration, the Parties agree to attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least fifteen (15) days.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of these Legal Terms will be resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber in Amravati, India, conducted in Hindi.

Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration: Disputes related to intellectual property rights, unauthorized use, or claims for injunctive relief are not subject to informal negotiations and arbitration.

16. CORRECTIONS

We may correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services at any time without notice.

17. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content or linked websites.

18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We and our directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you or 500 INR, whichever is less.
